Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation, and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters(clearing any medical issues with a care provider.) Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.
It will help you cultivate a new awareness that will assist you through labor and delivery, and find a deeper connection with your growing baby. Interweaving childbirth education as well as addressing aches and pains associated with pregnancy. The class will help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your pregnancy.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary
